Remarks: This vessel is generally in good condition through out. Having spent all but the last 3 years in fresh water environment corrosion in the voids and around the window frames is virtually nil. There is no evidence of any cracking in the hull or scantlings. The Machinery is in good condition with the port main having approximately 600 hrs on it since it was overhauled.
